Prayer Requests:

hey everyone only 9 days left in PA! so crazy how fast it has came... i have some prayer requests and would really appreciate some prayer with these things. thank you!

-my back has been hurting alot lately and for long periods of time..just pray that God will bring headling to this before i leave..
-pray for peace and calmness as me and my teammates begin to pack and prepare
-pray that God will begin to prepare our hearts for these upcoming months

...They're basically moments in which you're in touch with the meaning of life, when your relationship to the rest of the universe makes sense.

today is a good day :) today is one of those days where i am reminded of all the little blessings that God gives us and all the little things that i love and that make me smile..

i love the feeling right before its about to rain or storm...everything is quiet and still..a slight breeze..the sky is overcast and dark..the faint smell of rain lingers in the air..
i love the trees this time of year..all bare with their many branches reaching out
i love a warm cup of soup
i love a hot shower after a long day at work
i love springtime
i love green grass..farms and open fields..
i love late nights and long talks
i love polaroid pictures
i love the sounds of Adel playing through my ipod
i love the feeling i get latley when i think about eric..that feeling of overwhelming love and blessing..thankful the God has placed us together..the excited feeling that love brings and the anticipation for what God has planned in the future...and being reminded that the fathers love for each of us is even more overwhelming and neverending..
i love snail mail :)

those are all the little things that went through my mind while driving home from work today...

Art Show Fundraiser

last friday the 19th a had an art show fundraiser. The Infantree gallery was so gracious for us to use their space! its such a sweet gallery..4 floors up, brick walls..over looking the city :) i love it up there. i did the art show with hannah siegrist, another lancaster girl who is doing YWAM. it was so much fun to display our photographs and be able to give people a piece of art for their money. the turnout was great :) another awesome blessing from papa..God is good :) Thank you to everyone that came..i hope you enjoy your new art! here are some pictures my friend laura snapped that night

23 days!!

it's been while since i wrote in here..figured it was about time :)

can i start off by saying GOD IS GOOOOODDDD!! AMen?? amen!! :D
his blessing has been so great it is overwhelming! the financial aspect of things is going so well its crazy! the response to my support letters has been truly amazing..its seems everyday i am writing two or three thank you cards! its so great how faithful he has been. it really makes me feel like this is where he wants me ya know? i can not believe that i am leaving in 23 days! its insane and SO soon! eeek! am i ready? i hope so :/ i feel as though i have lots to wrap up here yet..it's weird to think that i a few short days hawaii will be my new home. thank you everyone for your prayers as i am getting ready to leave..they are so appreciated! lots of different feelings going though me lately...excited..but yeah nervous and unsure..feeling like i will miss home..but yet thriving for the adventure and growth that is ahead.. Lord give me peace as i rest in your strength and guidance
