Well i guess its about time i finally start this Blog :)

..for in fact it is the beginning of a new year, right? 
and thus begins another count down i suppose..

I am hoping to keep this blog updated while I do my DTS in Kona Hawaii...for those of you who dont know..I leave April 8th to go to Kona Hawaii to begin a discipleship training school though Youth With A Mission (YWAM) at the University Of The Nations on the base. My DTS will be about 3 months and then I will have a 2 month outreach in another country. I am then most likely continuing on after those six months for another 18 months with YWAM's PhotogenX Ministry. We will be backpacking around the world for a year..studying bible, culture, and photo..
We then come back to Kona for the last few months and assemble all our photos and stories into a publication speaking on specific injustices in the world that we felt touched our hearts the most.

Please pray for me as I begin getting ready in the 3 months i have left before I leave..I am starting to get nervous and somedays feeling unsure..I need to trust that this is were God wants me and that he will bring everything together.. with that said, pray that God will continue to bring in the funds that i need..
